Act on Ambulances campaigner and Labour’s Parliamentary Candidate for North Norfolk Denise Burke will spend New Year’s Eve with local ambulance staff and paramedics from Cromer.
Denise – who has fought against ambulance cuts in the district and for improvements within the local service – will spend 12 hours on the ambulances experiencing the hard work the staff put in during one of the busiest nights of the year. She will also witness the service in the same week it was reported the local A&E at the Norfolk and Norwich is struggling with demand.
She will be tweeting her journey across the county from her Twitter account with comment and photographs. These will be retweeted on the @ActOnAmbulances Twitter account.
